Capturing payment

Hi,
Our first payment via stripe was made on our (wordpress)website after I unticked the ‘Enable Test Mode’ on the stripe plugin in woocommerce settings.
However, I wasn’t aware that I had to also make the stripe dashboard live too – so the payment was made via the customer before the dashboard was live as it was still in ‘test mode’ without any company details applied.
Since then, the dashboard is now live – but the customers transaction is still ‘pending payment’ and we haven’t received this payment in to our stripe dashboard.
Please can you advise how to sort this so we receive the payment and and we can send the product to the customer.
Also, I am told that we did not receive any email confirmation of this message – is it because the transaction is still pending payment?
