Capturing Emails?

    Thanks for reaching out @fvfladmin. Razoo doesn’t actually allow our plugin to manipulate the form itself. Instead, it merely allows you to add the Razoo donation form to your website much more easily than using code.

    That said, I’m happy to try and help. If you have the donation form on your site and a donor chooses the donation amount, the next screen should show an “Email address” field for the donor. Is your form not showing that?

    Also, is it possible for you to provide a URL to your site so I can have a look?

    Hi Jonathan – Thanks for your quick reply! So I have mostly solved the issue. In Chrome, even when im logged out of our website, it does not prompt me for my email, just starts right at “Your Name (as on card)” and when I donate it immediately pulls our admin email. When I checked the site on different browsers / computers the email field does show up. Perhaps its just using cookies to automatically input our admin email? Annoying but at least now I know other people’s emails will be captured. Thanks for your response though!
