capturing additional data on bookings?

    Hi, my client needs to capture additional data for each person associated with a room booking – mainly things like dietary requirements, disabilities etc. Is it possible to add extra fields to booking forms or use something like Gravity forms to capture extra info? – Colin

    Hi Colin,

    Through the use of the Custom Fields you can request additional information to the customer. However, it is not possible to have certain “questions/fields” repeated for each adult/guest. This means that using a new custom field of type “text-area”, like for the Special Requests, is probably a better solution.
    Custom fields support various types of input, such as checkbox, input text or text-area.
    Please notice that the Free version of the plugin has got no functions for managing the custom fields, there are just some default and pre-installed fields, so the answer is negative for the free version. You could only do this after upgrading to the Pro version of the plugin.
