    I have the spreadsheet attached. I am populating the email, the form ID, and the entry date. How do I transfer the poll answer (yes/no) to the Google Sheet?

    You can use gravity fields like

    {gquiz_score}
    {gquiz_percent}
    {gquiz_grade}
    {gquiz_is_pass}
    {gsurvey_score}
