Capture failed order

Could you please explain more about your requirement, do you want to send emails for a failed order?

We have an option on the settings page to send emails to failed orders, please refer to this screenshot.

thanks for reply. It does not work for me. I checked that in database a none of them are there.

It’s not capturing failed orders for me.

If you click on a failed order on the WooCommerce orders page, you can see the order notes on the right side, please refer to this screenshot.

Have you tried with any other payment plugin and you confirm the issue is with this payment plugin only?

your plugin works great only exception is failed order with gopay. I don’t have other payments available only Bank transfer and that doesn’t faile.
