Capture Entries won't stay enabled

Trying to get my form to capture the entries, so I can export the data into excel, as sign-ups are coming through. However, I go under Mailer, choose enable, populate the fields, and click update form. Then I’ll go under General Settings to capture entries, select enable, then click update form. When I go back to my list of forms, it says entries are disabled – for the form i just updated.
Is there another setting I should be dealing with to get the capture entries on?
