Capture Emails Before Customers Reach PayPal

    Hello,

    The plugin doesn’t seem to be capturing customers emails if they choose PayPal as payment method (or any other external payment method). In this case if the customer abandon at PayPal payment page he will not received abandoned cart emails.

    Does the Pro version has a feature to send emails to recover carts drop at PayPal payment page?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
