Capture Data From Pricing Table Builder

I’m in over my head on this one. I set up several different pricing tables using PRICING TABLE BUILDER plugin for different services we offer. Like most pricing tables, there is a place to add an action button that links to a URL like “buy now” that links to a paypal page. But I would like to be able to only capture the customers name, email and phone number plus the package they’re interested in, and not just kick them to some payment processing page.
So my question is, is there a way to use something like Contact Form 7 to build a form that the customer fill out AFTER they have selected the package they want? grabbing the package data from PRICING TABLE BUILDER, and then submit/email it to me? Or would that require building a form for each package? Is there a better way to do this? I’m open to suggestions. Thanks.
