Capture data before paying

Hello, I am interested that when the “Next” button is selected after entering the contact data, this data is sent to me or saved somewhere to me as web administrator. That is, after the person completes their contact information and selects “Next” that data is sent to me somewhere and the customer is taken to the next step which would be Pay. More than anything because if the customer does not complete the purchase process later, I want to be able to contact him.
