caption template – caption separate from thmbnail – how to?

  • hi, I tried to customize the CAPTION TEMPLATE but I noticed that the generated html-code in my gallery is different from the demo. Analyzing my gallery-page and the demo-gallery (caption template) with “firebug” I notice in my page various tags such as “<p></p>,
    ” that separate the caption from thumbnail.
    Can you kindly tell me which .php file should I edit?
