Caption Moved/Template Changed?

Hello,
I have been happily using the Cyclone Slider for a few years now but ran in to an issue today. While adding a new slide, caption and image positions moved. The image was on the left with the caption on the right, but now the image is centered with the caption centered below. I assumed the template must have gotten switched, but I have tried all four template options available and none will restore it. Perhaps my original developer customized a template (?) but I’m unsure why switching it back isn’t fixing it? I’ve attached a couple of screenshots to illustrate a before and after.
Perhaps there’s another simple option I’m overlooking?
