captha not appearing

Hi, I have google captcha active for all wordpress default pages (login, registration, reset password and comments.)
However, on my site it is not appearing under account and reset password.
When I test the forms it on the reset password page it says error incomplete CAPTCHA, so it’s as if it’s there but cannot be seen.

On the account login page I am able to login without captcha even though it should be there
