    After deactivate the plugin, I see a message Plugin deactivated. However, the plugin “Captcha by BestWebSoft” is still showing it is active. It does not have the “delete” link to delete it. It seems that it refuse to deactivate.

    When trying to sign in, it is STILL showing the Captcha and no matter what you type in it will always give an error “ERROR: Please enter a valid CAPTCHA value.”. I cannot login at all. The only way is by deleting the folder in ftp.

    The plugin is in a state in between active and inactive. Please tell me how to fix this permanently. Reinstalling doesn’t help.

    Do you use any caching plugins? If you do, please try to clear its cache or even deactivate them for a while and check the results.
