Captcha showing up.. but I can comment without filling it in

one more note:
I am using standard comments nothing custom and I’ve tried version 1 and 2 of captcha with same results on both

the sample page is no longer valid since i disabled the plugin to try another. But if you have any insight please share with me and if I can get it to work i’ll switch back to your plugin. thanks

ok I reactivated the plugin on our development site:
https://23.23.97.41:8080/csl-plasma-warmly-welcomes-visits-from-patients-family-members-raises-funds-for-idf/

I could have swore it was showing up above the Submit button before, not sure why it’s above the Comment section now? Anyways, I can comment without checking the box.

Please complete the following:

1) Please try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check if the problem remains. Please let us know about the results.
2) Please try deactivating all of your plugins except Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, please activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
