CAPTCHA settings not saving

  • I am still having issues with the CAPTCHA setting not saving and therefore my CAPTCHA is not showing on my forms. I have gone to: https://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/settings-cannot-be-saved and checked the max_input_vars and it is actually set to 4000, I do not find the use of Suhosin and I have disabled modsecurity. I have cleared my cache, used a totally different browser to change the setting in admin, viewed the form in a totally different browser that has not been cached and I still have no CAPTCHA. I am using WP version 4.4.2, with PHP version 5.5.34 and as far as I can tell, the FS Contact Form plugin in not needing to be updated.

    My next option is to try to find the files I need on the server where the forms are, back them up, delete the FS-Contact Form plugin and then reinstall.

  • Hi, did you also try to disable all your other plugins except this one to see if the captcha is visible?

    Did you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen?

    You can close this issue. It was a conflict with WP Spamshield plugin.
