CAPTCHA Problems at login

    A CAPTCHA requirement has suddenly appeared on my login screen which I did not knowingly add. The CAPTCHA code field is blank and does not respond to a refresh. The sound icon produces an Internal Server Error message.

    What happened, and what can I do in order to log in as Administrator?

    Needless to say, I am in a panic.

    My host recently moved me from a server running PHP4 to another one running PHP5. Is that potentially relevant?
