  • Make sure you are not caching the login page. If your host is caching it then tell me to exclude the wp admin login page from caching.

I have update, but not works ??

I am not sure what you mean. Do you understand what caching is? Did you ask your hosting provider if they are using caching?

You have to ask your them to make sure the login page is not cached. Or it may show the cached page without the captcha.

The hosting provider would not manage that. That would be managed on the WordPress side most likely.

What WP/coding options are available to prevent caching of the login page? Are you 110% sure that’s the issue?

I think it has to do with the plugin itself, since this only started after the most recent update to the plugin itself.

I really think caching has nothing to do with it. Me and my clients are experiencing this issue ONLY when we are already logged into the site from that same browser previously. One of my clients emailed me today, when she first tried to log into the website for the day, and it gave her the same error, but it does not give her any option to answer a CAPTCHA question. She could have gone directly to the dashboard had she known the URL, but she should be able to login through the special login page with the CAPTCHA form.

Again, this is ONLY after the most recent All In One WP security update. I see many other people also having this problem all of a sudden, so the plugin developers need to be aware of this.

    Thanks for your help.

@bernst2008 did you by any chance update any other plugin or theme? Do you know if there were any changes made in your server by your host?

    Thank you

None that I know of. It’s happening on multiple websites that all use this same plugin.

You can also use the another different plugin for it. Disable the capcha from the plugin setting and add the new capcha plugin.
