Captcha on privacy tools page

  • Hi there! Excellent work
    I think there’s a potential danger regarding e-mail bombing on the privacy tools page. Anyone can insert any e-mail address and send infinate emails.

    I think you’re right. I will look into this and figure out a solution in an upcoming release. There is a nonce in the form so completely mindless automation doesn’t work, but you are correct, it’s still a potential issue.

    Just please no Google ReCaptcha, at least please do not make it mandatory. It might be one of the best technically, but it is feeding Google with ton of machine learning data. I do my best to keep my sites Google service free completely, also for privacy protection related reasons.
