Captcha not working – Need to reinstall often

    I am having regular problems with the PRO version. After some time it stops working and showing some random number as the result of the logical question, see this screenshot

    When you enter the correct result, it says that the entered Captcha was wrong.

    When I deactivate the plugin, then reactivate and delete the cache, it is working again.

    What could cause this issue and how can we fix it?
