captcha not working

Hi, can you share more information about which captcha options you have activated in our plugin?

I have read that document and implemented all on Brute Force. Added in the site and secret key from google I had enable
Enable Captcha On Login Page: with a check mark and enable
Enable Captcha On Lost Password Page: with a check mark and enable
Enable Captcha On Custom Login Form: with a check mark.
And when login in to my site, I am able to login without having to implement any captcha.

Can you disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test? Let me know how you go.

I have lots of plugin. I really don’t feel like deactivating all those plugin due to that I may lose data. Thanks anyways.

I understand what you mean.

Then try to disable any other login plugin you have installed in your site. For example: When I go to your login form in your site, I can see the ability to enter my Google credentials to log in. Once you disable all login type plugins except ours of course, carry out a test.

If I disable the login plugin. How am I suppose to test it without having to login first to check if the captcha is working or not?

I think you have a login plugin in your site. This plugin might be interfering with our captcha feature. So in order to test this theory of mine, you need to disable your login plugin.

What this means is, when you log into your site via yoursite.com/wp-login.php you should see our captcha field displayed. If it doesn’t display then there is something else blocking this field, it could be another plugin or your theme.

OK, Since the captcha is not working as of now. Do you think the rest of your securities for the web site works?

Have you activated other security features in our plugin? If you have, have you had any issues with them?

No, I have not activated any other plugins beside the All In One WP Security. What other plugins do you offer for security? I am trying to find a plugin that will stop the robot from registering into my web site. Do you have any different security for this than the captcha? Thank you.
