Captcha not visible on Forminator

    Hello,
    The support of Forminator tells me to contact you because the Captcha is not visible on my Form.
    I’m not able to send the form because I receive a message : “Veuillez accepter les cookies afin que nous puissions valider votre demande avec reCAPTCHA, et envoyer ce formulaire”

    I just checked, and seem to be working wiith reCaptcha V3. Which one are you using?

    Hello,
    Did you see the reCaptcha ??
    I’m surprised. I’ve tried with 3 different browsers, cleared the cache and it’s never visible.
    And even if I click on your banner where I accept all the cookies, the form is not sent and stays with the same message “Veuillez accepter les cookies afin que nous puissions valider votre demande avec reCAPTCHA, et envoyer ce formulaire” above the form.

    Hello @dom1706,
    I assume that @aahulsebos meant that his testing environment with Complianz, Forminator and reCaptcha V3 seems to be working, but not the one on your website.

    Which version of reCaptcha are you using?

    With Forminator, I use the reCAPTCHA V3 with a score of 1,0

    And Forminator is enabled under Complianz – Integrations – Plugins?

    And reCAPTCHA under Complianz – Integrations – Services?

    Are you using reCaptcha anywhere else?

    Hello @aert,

    Forminator is enabled in Complianz-Integrations-Plugins.

    reCAPTCHA is NOT displayed in Complians-Integrations-Services (Google Maps and Open StreetMaps are enabled and that’s all).

    I’m not using reCaptcha elsewhere else on the website.

    Hi @dom1706,

    Could you go to the wizard, and under Cookies – Integrations either answer Yes to the question about reCAPTCHA, or disable the Forminator integration.

    Thanks for your help.

    It seems I’ve finally found the solution.
    I received some advice from the Forminator support and they said Complianz doesn’t work with reCAPTCHA V3.
    So I choose V2 and it works now …
