Captcha Not Visable

Hello warkior – can you look into my support question regarding the missing captcha image on all our websites? Here is a sample:

It looks like the files used by the captcha are not readable by the server. You may need to make sure your permissions are set up correctly on the filesystem and that your webserver is set up correctly to serve the content under the right user credentials.

I’m not sure what the proper ownership or permissions should be for your server, but the file can be seen here:
https://www.lakesideestateswest.com/wp-content/plugins/formbuilder/captcha/display.php

You will want to ensure that it exists on the server, and that the server is able to read it.

James, the file has the correct permissions set. I’ll have to replace the plugin with another one that works correctly. Thanks for your help.
