Captcha not showing on some forms

    I am using hCaptcha without any problem for already some time, but recently it has stopped working for one of the websites I am managing.

    This website has 2 forms.

    1 in the homepage (hCaptcha loads perfectly there);

    1 that loads under every post of a custom post type (archive here: https://www.iv-nord.de/kaufen). This CPT is created by a plugin that imports real estate offers from an external platform.
    Until recently, hCaptcha was loading properly for this form too, appearing for every form. Now, hCaptcha does not appear, but the form cannot be submitted because the captcha is not accepted… This makes this form, at the moment, useless.

    For this reason, we have momentarily deactivated hCaptcha.

    I see that on the homepage you have Contact From 7.

    From your question (and from the page code), however, it is impossible to understand what kind of form do you use on /kaufen page. Is it a custom form or created by a plugin?

    Can you provide information from the System Info tab on the hCaptcha page in the admin console?
