I have enabled CAPTCHA and custom login URL page for my website.
Now, I logged in to admin area and closed the browser tab. Then I tried to access my custom login URL again. It displayed text boxes for Username and Password but no CAPTCHA. When I entered the username and password, it said “Wrong Captcha”

But visiting the ‘wp-admin’ URL takes me to Dashboard directly.
Then I logged out and visited the custom login URL, now it shows text box for CAPTCHA.
It that a bug? or some configuration issue?

Hi Josin, can you try the same again but this time clear the browser cache before you try again. Do you have a cache plugin installed?

    Regards

Please check htaccess file enable captcha.php (captcha image file) access.

    Hello,

I deleted the cache, turned off caching plugin (WP-Super Cache).
    Still the problem persists.
When I try to login using custom login URL, it is not showing the CAPTCHA and shows this error on submission.
ERROR: Your answer was incorrect - please try again.

Visiting wp-admin takes me directly to Dashboard.
Also, if I logout, again the captcha appears in custom login page.
The bug appears only when somebody is logged in and visits the login page.

Hi Josin, when the new plugin version is released you will know once you carry out a test if it has fixed your issue or not. If the fix applied does not fix your issue please report back.

    Kind regards
