• The captcha on the Request a template Page of doesn’t display when I try to sign up using Internet Explorer. Without it, I can’t complete the registration. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    That’s most likely because Microsoft discontinued Internet Explorer 2 years ago. The browser no longer effectively supports modern web technologies, and developers (like probably those behind your CAPTCHA) are no longer developing with it in mind.
