Captcha not available

    I’ve been trying to enable captcha using this guide: https://www.icegram.com/documentation/es-how-to-add-captcha-in-subscribe-form-of-email-subscribers/

    Unfortunately, when I go to the ‘settings’ section of email subscribers, the box that should enable captcha just isn’t there. Instead, I have the headings ‘Opt-In Type’ followed by ‘Image Size’. Enable captcha should be in between those two headings but instead I have text that says ‘Enable captcha to protect list from bot attacks. Learn more’ with a link to the guide I’ve been trying to use. There’s not a way of me actually enabling captcha though.

    As mentioned in https://www.icegram.com/documentation/es-how-to-add-captcha-in-subscribe-form-of-email-subscribers/ you need to have Email Subscribers and Email Subscribers Pro, since you might be using only Email Subscribers (free version) so you are unable to activate captcha. Please do have a recheck and let me know your views.

    My spam subscriptions are through the roof this week. I tried to add Captcha via the instructions provided. Your explanation that we need the free version AND “pro” is extremely disappointing. Your plugin is worthless if it leaves us open to be inundated by spam subscribers. If that is truly your answer, I will be deleting this plugin and moving my subscribers elsewhere. I don’t have time for this.

    Just want to update you all that we have added extra security layer into Email Subscribers free version (3.5.16) which will prevent spammers.

    So, request you all to upgrade Email Subscribers to 3.5.16 and let us know how ti goes.

    Hi, I don’t know what you’ve done but I’m getting more spam subscribers than I’ve ever gotten before. I think I’ll look for an alternative plugin but I just wanted to let you know that the issue wasn’t resolved. Thanks.

    I have just tried to spam you for testing on your website https://www.letsnotthink.com/. But, it doesn’t allow me to signup again.

    So, I can say that spam issue is also fixed on your website with Email Subscribers 3.5.16.

    Can you please send us the screen shot on our support?
