Captcha No Longer Appears on Registration Form

I made changes to Settings and Placement of CAPTCHA 4WP, but restored the original settings. Afterward, the Captcha form does not display on the registration page, although it displays on the sign-in form. The website uses the following plug-ins: BuddyBoss, LearnDash, and Woocommerce. Here is a screen capture of the settings:
