captcha is not working

  • Hi,

    Captcha is not working at all in the Question Submission panel. Consequently, the plugin is not allowing to function after clicking Submit button.

    We used this plugin in https://ispd.org/ask-question/

    It would be appreciable if you could resolve it as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    I have checked your site and see that you have customized the plugin and using another captcha plugin.
    In this case, you should check the plugin or find another plugin.

    Or you can try the following solution:
    1. I logged with my gmail account and looked for the recaptcha service at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3beta.html using the top button “My reCPATCHA”

    2. I deleted the old recaptcha configuration of the website that had problems

    3. Finally, I simply created a new recaptcha configuration for the website. Obviously new passwords are created (Public and Private keys). This data must be used again on the website to reactivate the new version of recaptcha
