Captcha is not blocking even entered wrong

  • Have updated to the latest version 2.7.7.5, Im using wordpress 4.1, and only using Akismet.

    Today the plugin is not working anymore. When I entered wrong captcha or simply enter abcd, it still allow me to login and not blocking me for entered the wrong captcha. I have tried deactivated and reactivated the plugin but still the same. I did not altered any code of this plugin, only some css tweak.

    What is wrong?

    I found that it is login page that have this problem. Others like registration, reset password page have no such problem.

    So what is actually wrong? Anyone?
