Captcha integration error

The contact forms on my website stop working when I incorporate captcha integration.
Without it I receive a lot of spam and as soon as I activate it, it starts to give me an error warning me that an error has occurred and the message could not be sent.
If I am logged in as admin of the page if it lets me send it even if the integration is active but as soon as I enter as a normal user it fails.
Currently the integration is deactivated because if I have to choose… I prefer to receive spam than to be left without the contacts that arrive from the form but the ideal would be to resolve this issue.
