Captcha input to show Email address

Hello all,

I have searched many “contact form” plugins but need something even simpler.

I want to display my email address / phone number on my personal website but only show it after users have input a Captcha.

Similar to Fackbook where you press “ask” for phone numbers and such, but only a captcha right there.

I need this because when I link my personal site to my facebook page I get plenty of bot spam through my wordpress site and email.

Anyone have any suggestions?
