Have you selected the option to include a captcha?

The submit buttons are that way because of the css in your theme.

GD Library need to be enabled in PHP. Are you self hosting?
It is doing all the right things except loading the image, which I think is because GD Library is not enabled by your server.

The captcha is showing on the same plugin on another of my sites, Its on the same server, has the same theme, plugins, wp version, etc. Also the captcha shows on the contact form.

Tis weird why it’s not working on this dev site

I take that back, This site is running Customizr-Pro, the other site is still running Customizr free. That is about the only difference. This site has a lot less custom css in the child theme because it’s not needed with the PRO version.

Both sites are on the same server and same cpanel.

It should not be a css issue. It is loading the correct php file that generates the image but it is not returning the image. At this point I am not sure why.

One thing you can try is to deactivate (do not delete) all plugins except testimonial basics, then see if the image shows. If it does re-activate each plugin one at a time until you find the problem one.

If it is a conflict with a plugin, let me know which one so I can look for a solution.

Tomorrow I will try reinstalling the plugin, see what happens or d/l an earlier version to install.

    HI,

I am having this same issue now on more then one site.
I have to disable the captcha for otherwise a visitor is not able to send his review ( message he/she first needs to enter the captcha ).

    see screenshot please

Other captcha forms do well, so its not the server, it worked fine before as well, thinks this happened after all the WP core updates…?

    Solution by any chance?

    Thanks,
    Annie

I just tested if maybe it only happens if the shortcode is added in a Visual Composer element, but even used in a typical WP text editor the captcha does no longer works..
