Good afternoon,

I’ve been using the WordPress-to-Lead plugin for a few weeks now without issue, its great and thank you for such a useful plugin. I’m having some issue with the CAPTCHA option, as it is not drawing the image. I’ve scoured this support form and Google without success. What happens is I get a broken image icon for the CAPTCHA image. The input field works fine, but the image itself doesn’t generate, or load properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Side note: I have not left the CAPTCHA option enabled as it would prevent my company from receiving sales requests. I’m using the latest version of WordPress, and the WordPress-To-Lead plugin. I’ve tried disabling all plugins except the WordPress-To-Lead plugin to see if it was plugin clashing, but to no avail.

Ok. Can you:

Turn on debugging, then the captcha, then view a form to see if anything gets written to the debug log?

Send me a screenshot the form with a broken catpcha?

Send a screenshot of the browser console when viewing a form with the captcha?

Tell me who hosts your site?

Tell me your domain name?

I did not think I would get such a quick response! I’ve re-enabled the CAPTCHA setting.

Turned on debug mode, and it didn’t generate anything related to CAPTCHA or WordPress-to-Lead.

Weird. The captcha URL is returning *nothing* – not an empty image, not an error, just nothing.

Which makes me think the host is the variable here.

Can you ask them:

If GD is enabled? (I assume so, but never hurts to double check).

If they have any security or firewall rules that would interfere or block a url like this:

It’s happened before, and the only thing I can think of that would cause no response from the captcha script (it should at least return 0 or an empty image).
