  • I’m having the same problem. No images so CAPTCHA cannot be gotten past. Is this a permissions problem with the directory holding them? I haven’t moved anything or changed permissions on the server.

I even deleted the plugin and all its files and data and redownloaded and reinstalled and it still isn’t displaying the images. It’s doing this on both of my blogs, other images on the site are displaying normally. Here is the password reset page https://mrsspooky.net/nerdout/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Issue is on the register page too.

    Thanks!

I wasn’t able to get past my WP login because a broken image icon was showing in place of the CAPTCHA graphic. I had to access my WP plugin folder through ftp to delete the plug-in. Login worked fine a few months ago, but something is currently broken or incompatible (tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome, all with same problem).

Mine broke a couple of years ago. Haven’t gotten any kind of an answer and trying troubleshooting steps on other sites failed to yield results. Currently looking for an alternative.
