Captcha image not created in Chrome

Hi,

I’m using the Contact Form 7 plug-in to display the captcha and I haven’t got any problems on Safari or FireFox but on Chrome I get a “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)” error on the captcha image.

I check in the uploads folder and no image was created by Chrome, Safari and FireFox both do.
