Captcha Image doesn't display on WooCommerce Login Form

  • The Captcha Image doesn’t display on WooCommerce Login Form so when a user tries to login, they get the Empty Captcha message.

    It does display on the Registration Form.

    I’m using WooCommerce and it has both the Login form and the Registration form side by side on the same ‘My Account’ page.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Yes I have to no avail.

    The site is on WP 4.1.5 using WooCommerce 2.2.10 and SI Captcha 2.7.7.5.

    The WooCommerce displays the Login form and Registration form side by side on the My Account page.

    It displays and works fine for the Registration form but not the Login form.

    I’ve tried to go through all the settings and change them but none get it to work.

    Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, your WordPress version is old and so is your WooCommerce plugin? Perhaps if you updated both your issue might be resolved.
