Captcha Image Broken

  • My Captcha image does not show up.

    The URL of the page with a problem is: https://web.ics.purdue.edu/~lsf/prayer/

    I have read the URL that covers this issue.

    No problem with .htaccess or with “Enable PHP sessions”. When I right click the broken image icon and choose to open image in a new tab I get the following errors:

    By the way. Using latest version of WordPress and version 4.0.21 of Fast Secure Contact Form.

    Hi graphics616 if you are not using one of WordPress default Themes like Twenty Thirteen can you test one. I just want to make sure that it is not theme related issue.

    Hi mbrsolution. I activated Twenty Fourteen and checked the form. Still the same problem so it is not theme related. And, thanks for the super quick reply.

    Okay now try to deactivate all other plugins except this one. Carry out another test.

    I deactivated all plugins except Fast Secure Contact Form. Still same problem.

    Looking closely at your error message above looks like a folder and file permission issue.

    Can you check with your host if you don’t know have access to your server or don’t know how to carry out this task.
