Captcha error/validation doesn’t show when flagged spam

    Hi there,

    We are using your plugin on multiple sites and it’s working great everywhere, except for the one I linked in this topic. Whenever someone gets flagged as ‘possible spam’ (we reproduce this by using the ‘GoogleBot’ UserAgent), only a red cross is displayed. The error message is not displayed, neither does the captcha pop-up to solve.

    Could you have a look at this? We use a quite popular theme and I can’t find anything that’s wrong there.

  • 1. All fields error message only showing just cross. It seems your theme css is overriding some of CF7 css. Please change your theme to one of default theme to test.
    2. You are using V3 which will never show popup to solve.
