Captcha does not work and review question

Hello Newsletter Team,

I installed your plugin a few days ago and noticed that the Captcha is not working (tested with Google Chrome and Firefox), even though it is enabled in the Antispam section. I am not using any external forms or site builders etc. Could you perhaps take a look into this?

Additionally, I would like to know if and how I can send review mails to customers.
