Captcha conflict

  • Hi,

    I have advanced no captcha and invisible captcha plugin installed on my website. During checkout the captcha code is no longer visible since I have installed the PW Gift Card plugin and hence the order doesn’t go forward. It keeps on saying ‘enter the captcha code’. I uninstalled the PW Gift Card plugin and its working fine now. Can you provide a solution so that I can use both PW and the captcha plugin together without any issue?

    We need to know exactly which captcha plugin you are using so we can try to reproduce the issue. Can you send us the “Active Plugins” sections from the WooCommerce System Report? Log into your WordPress admin area and click on WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Report.
