Captcha broken

What plugin are you using to provide the catcha?

Wordfence. But the error was already present before I installed Wordfence.

Then there must be another plugin providing it. Disable all plugins. If it goes away, enable them one at a time until you find the problem one, then contact its developers for assistance.

It was indeed a connection plugin that was installed by default that was causing this problem. Thanks for your help ??
