I have version 3.0.3 of WCP Contact Form and really like its simplicity and flexibility. I’m puzzled, however, why the Captcha or (my preference) reCaptcha field will disappear after a few minutes. I do have the key and secret entered, everything seems to work as expected long enough for a few test messages, then an hour or so later the Captcha disappears. If I deactivate the plugin, then reactivate it, it appears and works again for a short time. I’m using the Themify Ultra theme, no email-related plugins, 404-305 redirect plugin, and the site is at rj-graffix.com. I’d greatly appreciate any suggestions. — Rick

    Hi Rick,

If you have issues with reCaptcha only or all types of captcha (simple/numeric) also do not work?
Do you try temporarily disable your redirect plugin?

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Since the issue seemed to appear on its own, I wasn’t able to immediately reproduce the problem, although after hours of futzing with it, it seems it may not be at all what it appeared to be. Now the pattern appears to be that any version of Captcha or reCaptcha is only there when I’m logged in. So naturally, when I logged in to try different form settings, disable the redirect plugin, or anything else, it reappeared. When I first installed WCP Contact Form, my wife tried it with the alpha Captcha soon after I installed WCP Contact Form and it worked. Since then I’ve not been able to see the Captcha on any computer or any user except that I can see it myself when I’m logged in. The page is here. — Rick

    Hi Rick,

In case if you theme is free we’ll try to install it and find possible causes of your issue, because we found nothing that can be cause of your issue with quick research.
However, we can’t see any links on the files that related to our plugin i.e. css files, js files in the code via debug tool. It is look like you have some cache-system inside your theme that unite all css files and js files or you use some cache-plugin.
Are you able to disable it?
Also, could you pls send on email [email protected] preliminary list of the specific plugins that you used, because we aren’t able to get it via debug tool in your case.
