I’m using the latest version of MailPoet to offer subscription notifications of my latest posts. The subscription widget seems to work fine on computers/laptops, but readers are telling me they cannot subscribe via iPad or iPhone because the CAPTCHA image will never match the letters/numbers they enter. If they enter what is given via the audio option (which is also different than the visual), they can overcome the match issue, but obviously it is not working correctly. What can be done to correct this?

    Hi there @heartofahiker,

    Thanks for reaching out!

We do open an open bug about captcha not always working in Safari and it should be fixed in the next week’s release: https://github.com/mailpoet/mailpoet/pull/4698

Meanwhile, can you please confirm that it works in Chrome on the same devices?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
