Captcha and internal server error in Fast Secure Contact Form

I’ve my Fast Secure Contact Form captcha not showing up
I’ve tried them all with trasparence but it didn’t helpWhen I check if my installation will support captcha I got Internal Server Error and I got the same error if I wrote down the (broken) image captcha address in browser (https://www.mysite.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form/captcha-secureimage/securimage_show.php?ctf_sm_captcha=1&no_trans=1&ctf_form_num=1)
I’ve doublechecked and all the file and folder in plugin folder are 0755
What it could be generating the error?
