Captcha always shows "Invalid Captcha"

    I am using Spice and Sugar theme on wordpress. And using the latest version of the huge-it product catalog addon . the problem is that whenever i try to use the contact seller button or try to comment on a product the captcha always says “invalid captcha ” even if it is correct . I really love this addon just the problem is the captcha as its the “Contact Seller ‘ button most important part of the site. Pls help fast i have deadline for it !

    also when i write incorrect captcha the contact seller popup does not close but when i write the correct solution the popup closes and when clicking the “contac tseller ” button again it shows “invalid captcha”

    Is there any way to remove the captcha ? Because it will a business website so it will be only be accessible to some people thus spamming will not happen!

    Thank you the issue is resolved now . The support staff is very good and very helpful .
