capitalize two-letter code

Hello. I am using two-letter code with flag. I want the two letters to be uppercase instead of lowercase that they are by default. When I try to edit a language and change the lowercase letters to uppercase, the plugin doesn’t allow me to save the changes.

What should I do? Your help and guidance will be much appreciated.
