This happens because you write the content of the tooltip on the ‘Title’

Please add this CSS code to prevent such problem :

.bluet_title_on_block {
    text-transform: none !important;
}

R1 : you can add it either to the ‘style.css‘ file of your theme or child theme OR to install Simple custom CSS which will provide a new space in which you can add the code.

R2 : I couldn’t understand your second question but I can say that keywords have titles and content like any post type in WordPress as you can see in this image
