Capacity Slot Issue with 2 Services

    I am trying to set up a calendar for reservations at a restaurant with 2 rooms available, to which I have assigned two different services.

    Service1 (room1) with capacity = 10
    Service2 (room2) with capacity = 5

    Now the problem: If you make 10 reservations for room1 / service1), service 2 (room2) automatically runs out of available slots, when it should still be possible to make 5 reservations.

    In fact, if I make 5 reservations for room1 (service1), the room2 / service2) will have no more slots available.

    Am I thinking well or is something missing?

    Yes, from what is written in that article the solution is to purchase the commercial version.

    But, in my opinion it is incorrect on the part of the author of the plugin.

    If the plugin in the free version offers a certain functionality, that functionality must work 100% and not half.

    It is as if the plugin allowed adding a field for the phone number but only allowed 6 digits in the free version. Does not make sense !!!

    In my opinion, either the free version should add the option “Avoid overlapping between services” or simply not allow multiple services in the free version.

    Hi,

    The default behavior of the plugin is to share the availability between the services in the same calendar. This means that if the service “A” is booked at “11:00” then the time “11:00” won’t be available for other type of services. This wasn’t implemented as a limitation but to cover different cases of use (shared resource for multiple services).

    In this free version of the plugin you can use different booking forms to manage different services with separated availability.

    There is no limitation for the number of digits phone, probably there is some validation settings field limiting that, please check the validation rules applied. If you can provide a screenshot or a link to the page that contains the booking form we can assist this this.
