Capability not visible

Hi
I have 2 sites with the same version of wordpress and woocommerce as well as user role editor.
On the one site I’m able to select the capability “Manage Woocommerce Orders” but not on the other, I only have “Manage Woocommerce” available.
Any idea why this is happening?
