Capability Manager and Galleries

I’m trying to set up a WordPress site with 20 to 30 users who are real estate agents. I’m using Capability Manager to assign groups of pages to each agent that can only be edited by him or an admin. Each agent must have his own gallery which can only be modified by him or an admin. Can/should I use Capability Manager to control access to individual galleries? If so how would I configure it.
